An on-site security officer is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The lobby security console direct phone number is 972-385-0998. Security officers are trained in the performance of standard security functions, and are committed to providing a high level of customer service. The security officer is not armed, and should not be expected to physically intervene under any circumstances.
The Security Console is located in the 1st floor lobby, however it is not manned when the officer is performing his routine patrols and checks of the building. The officer can be contacted via his cell phone during these patrols, by calling 214-577-4073.
